Patrick Kluivert turned out for Barcelona, Newcastle United and AC Milan during his playing days and it appears the Dutchman has passed on his footballing ability to his son, Justin.
Justin is earning his stripes in the Ajax U17’s, just like his father did before going on to win the Champions League and two Eredivisie titles.
And it would seem that Justin has been watching a few of his dad’s old tapes as he showed finishing and composure well beyond his years with this impressive goal vs Feyernoord.
The youngster picks the ball up on the byline, performs a few step overs before gliding past three Feyernoord defenders and poking the ball past the on-rushing goalkeeper.
The 16-year-old is often utilised on the left wing, making his goal all the more impressive as he is coming from the right.
Yet it’s understood that unlike his dad, Justin is comfortable with both feet, making him an interesting prospect for the future.
Does a move to Barcelona beckon? Probably not yet, but if he keeps this up, we can’t see why we shouldn’t expect big things from mini-Kluivert.
