What You Missed: Kevin de Bruyne & Romelu Lukaku With The Slickest Handshake

What You Missed: Kevin de Bruyne & Romelu Lukaku With The Slickest Handshake

You thought the TV cameras had covered every base on match-day in the Premier League?

Think again.

It seems one area that hadn’t been covered on Wednesday night at the Etihad was actually inside the tunnel.

This tunnel cam video was uploaded to Manchester City’s official YouTube page on Thursday.

And after Manuel Pellegrini’s side were held to a dross 0-0 draw by a stubborn Everton side, it might just have caught the most amusing part of the night.

Watch out for Belgium team-mates Kevin de Bruyne and Romelu Lukaku meeting in the tunnel as they prepare to go head-to-head for their respective sides.

The pair greet each other with an insanely slick, and well-rehearsed, handshake as they line up before making their way to the pitch.

You can check it out in the video below.

If only the 90 minutes which were to follow could have provided such creativity.

The result leaves Manchester City three points off joint leaders Arsenal and Leicester while Everton continue to toil in mid-table.
