Rashan Gary, a defensive tackle from Paramus Catholic High School in Paramus, New Jersey and the consensus #1 High School football player in the nation picked Michigan University as his school of choice, live on ESPN during the 2016 Signing Day.
The new Michigan commit chose the Wolverines over Clemson, Ole Miss, Alabama, USC, and 25 other colleges. Here’s a clip of the commitment:

The 6’4″, 290 pounder automatically boosts Michigan’s recruiting class and will create high projections for the 2016 campaign. Second-year head coach Jim Harbaugh must be happy now.
Clemson and Michigan were his two finalists with Michigan being the favorite for the majority of the time. Analysts and writers at 247Sports put Gary’s odds of picking Michigan at 74 percent in the weeks before National Signing Day.
