Henrik Larsson on Barcelona: Sometimes You Think You’re Watching PlayStation

Henrik Larsson knows what it takes to win the Champions League with Barcelona – and he believes the latest Barca team is capable of doing that again this year.

The former Swedish striker – who is now manager of Helsingborgs in his homeland – spent two years with the Spanish giants after leaving Celtic in 2004.

And he managed to pick up two league titles and the 2005 Champions League during that time.

Larsson also played alongside some outstanding players, including Ronaldinho, Xavi, Carles Puyol and Deco, so he knows what to look out for in a successful Barca team.

He was a visitor to Barcelona’s training ground this week as he took in some sessions at his former club and he was obviously impressed with Luis Enrique’s team.

Larsson compared their performances to watching FIFA on the PlayStation and believes their squad is good enough to win back-to-back Champions League trophies.

He also had some praise for former team-mates Lionel Messi and Andreas Iniesta while reserving some for Luis Suarez too.
