It’s unusual to see goalkeeper’s react to making a top save – but Hull stopper Eldin Jakupovic is different.
The Bosnian was in goal for his side’s FA Cup clash with Arsenal at the Emirates on Saturday and produced a string of stunning saves to help them to a 0-0 draw.
It was a surprising result considering the form of Arsene Wenger’s team this season and their love for the FA Cup.
And it will see the teams square up again on another date which is yet to be determined.
Jakupovic’s strong performance included some great saves, but none better than the 56th-minute stop from Joel Campbell’s free-kick.
Already moving one way, the goalkeeper had to shift his weight back the other way before getting the slightest of fingers on the ball to deflect it off the post.
Anyone fortunate enough to see the touch recognised just how good the save was.
But Jakupovic got the chance to see a replay of it while enjoying a break in the play and his reaction to it is brilliant:
You can bet he’ll have that one on repeat in his house all week.
