Noel Gallagher Admits He is Looking Forward to “Licking” Pep Guardiola’s Face

Manchester City fans are still buzzing with the announcement that Pep Guardiola will become their new manager in the summer.

And rock star Noel Gallagher is leading the line with tributes to the coach who has won 19 trophies in eight years.

Noel’s brother and former Oasis bandmate Liam Gallagher took to Twitter earlier today to share his excitement that the Bayern Munich boss would be rolling into Manchester next season.

However, Noel has taken it one step further by admitting he wants to lick Guardiola’s face.

The 48-year-old posted this picture to his official Instagram page, accompanied with the caption, “I see you baby!!! Be warned Mr. Pep both me and Sara are very much looking forward to licking your face next season.”

..Seems reasonable.

Guardiola will replace Manuel Pellegrini after the Chilean admitted he will not be extending his contract at the Premier League giants.

However, City’s decision was criticised by Sky Sports pundit Charlie Nicholas, who claimed the news might derail the players who are still chasing a historic quadruple.

The former Barcelona manager will take control of the club in the summer and City must immediately be installed as favourites to win the Premier League next season.

He’s won domestic titles in Spain and Germany already and you wouldn’t bet against him doing the same in England.
