One Celtic fan claims to have had a bit of a nightmare in the lead up to today’s Scottish Cup tie against East Kilbride.
The Hoops were drawn to play the part-timers in the fifth round of the Scottish Cup, with confusion initially engulfing the tie due to East Kilbride’s K Park being unable to house the thousands of supporters who’d be looking to attend.
At first, Hamilton’s New Douglas Park was chosen as the stand-in venue, but Accies quickly pulled out, citing already-arranged events at their ground today.
So, after a hastily arranged meeting between the SFA’s bigwigs at Hampden, Airdrie’s the 10,000-seater Excelsior Stadium was eventually chosen to host the eagerly-anticipated, live televised match.
With that in mind, it appears one Hoops supporter didn’t get the memo:
Am stuck in the middle a east killbride tryin tay find the stadium where the fuck is it

We have no idea if his claim is genuine, and he may well be at the wind-up, but even so, it definitely gave us a wee chuckle as we watched the match.
