Video: QPR Fan Gets Punched While Trying To Confront Birmingham City Crowd

There were further scenes of fan violence in English football on Saturday.

During the Championship clash between QPR and Birmingham, one home fan was punched and subsequently floored after trying to confront the travelling support.

The whole punch-up incident was caught on camera and has been doing the sounds on social media since last night.

It comes after one bonkers Southend fan tried to take on the whole Colchester crowd during a League One match earlier this month.

And police are also investing reports of coin throwing at the match.

Both fans were seized by security after the latest fan altercation.

You can check it out in the video below.

The Hoops went on to win the match 2-0, with the result helping them climb up to 11th in the table.

Birmingham still remain in the hunt for a Premier League play-off place despite the defeat.

Gary Rowett’s side host second place Hull City in their next league match at St Andrew’s.
