Hummel have released the new kit for the Afghanistan national side and can be worn with a hijab.
The hijab is a veil typically worn by women of the Muslim faith to cover their head, chest and neck in the presence of adult males.
And the Danish shirt makers have produced a female-friendly version of Afghanistan strip complete with the hijab, released in conjunction with International Women’s Day.

The all-red design includes an integrated base layer which allows women to be covered from head to toe when they take to the pitch.
A shirt with a hijab has been suggested for Muslim countries in the past but FIFA had previously banned several types of head wear until recently.
However, football’s governing body changed its stance on head covers in 2014, allowing them provided it is not attached to the shirt and is also the same colour.
What do you think of the design?
