It turns out that Arsenal defender Calum Chambers really is a bit of a Belieber.
The former Southampton centre-back has admitted that he’d be all in favour of Justin Bieber recording a new England anthem, with Euro 2016 just around the corner.
This summer will be 20 years since Frank Skinner, David Baddiel and the Lightning Seeds recorded Three Lions, which was adopted and sang with glee by England supporters all across the country, as Terry Venables’ men reached the last four of the competition.
And with this summer’s competition looming on the horizon, Chambers reckons there’s only one man fit to emulate their success – none other than Justin Bieber.

Speaking exclusively to our good pals at Cheeky Sport, Chambers said: “I’m probably going to get stick for this. But I’m going to say Justin Bieber.”
Yup, you’re right, Calum – you’re definitely going to get stick for that.
Wales have already got their anthem all sorted, with Chris Coleman’s side teaming up with Manic Street Preachers to record Together Stronger as a way of marking their involvement in France this summer.
England kick-off their tournament on June 11 against Russia – if Justin’s going to do this he’ll need to get his skates on.
Get making some calls, Calum!
