Gooners React to Jose Mourinho Being Linked With Arsenal

Jose Mourinho has been linked with a sensational move to Arsenal.

American website One World Sports are reporting that a third party has been used by the Gunners to sound out whether or not The Special One would consider taking over from Arsene Wenger.

Apparently, Mourinho has been asked not to commit to any other clubs – including Manchester United – with doubts surrounding Wenger’s future.

The Frenchman has a contract until 2017, but as we told you several weeks ago, fans have been calling for him to step down after 20 years at the club, with banners unveiled during several matches.

Mourinho and Wenger has endured a strained relationship over the past decade or so, with Mourinho once referring to Wenger as a “specialist in failure”.

But since Wenger last won the Premier League in 2004, Mourinho has won it three times with Chelsea, as well as the Champions League with Inter Milan.

His ability to deliver big trophies could be a big draw for the hierarchy at the Emirates stadium – but what do the fans make of it all?

Well, as you’d probably expect, the rumours has caught a few off guard:

What do you make of the idea of Mourinho in charge at Arsenal?
