Arsenal striker Danny Welbeck has revealed his best-ever shirt swap he’s managed to nab whilst on England duty.
The former Manchester United man made his senior debut for the Three Lions back in 2011, and he’s played against some of the biggest and best players on the planet throughout his 34 caps.
Italy, Spain, Argentina, Brazil; Welz has faced just about every big-name nation on the planet.
But going into his third tournament with Roy Hodgson’s side, who is the all-time best shirt swap that Welbeck treasures most.
It turns out that it’s actually a Swede who holds that title – yup, you’ve guessed it, it’s Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
Welbeck managed to obtain the PSG striker’s top in the aftermath of the famous game between the two nations, where Zlatan scored four goals – including THAT famous strike.
He should hold onto that, it could be worth a few quid some day.
Whether or not Welbeck will get the chance to collect any more famous players’ jerseys in France at the Euros this summer remains to be seen.
