New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady is clearly missing football.
Just like a certain news anchor was missing his news team…
Yes, it’s been 53 days since the curtain fell on the NFL season, with the Denver Broncos pulling off an unlikely Super Bowl victory over the much-fancied Carolina Panthers.
But with just 28 days until the 2016 draft, attention is already turning toward next season, with mock drafts taking the internet by storm as pundits argue over which team will draft which player.
Brady isn’t getting involved in that particular media circus though.
Instead the four-time Super Bowl winner is channelling his inner Ron Burgundy in an attempt to assemble his team of wide receivers.
Yes, Brady recreated a scene from Will Ferrell’s hugely popular comedy, Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy this week and it was awesome.

Brady threw for 4,700 yard last season, getting 36 touch downs and only seven interceptions.
We also imagine that the 38-year-old has many leather-bound books and his apartment smells of rich mahogany…
