Iker Casillas Picks Both Ronaldos and Zinedine Zidane in His Ultimate Real Madrid XI

Iker Casillas picked both Ronaldos, Zinedine Zidane and Sergio Ramos in his ultimate Real Madrid XI.

The Spanish goalkeeper is a legend at the club given he spent 25 years there as a player before joining Porto at the start of last season.

So he’s been through a few eras of players at the Santiago Bernabeu, including the Galacticos and the most recent crop of Madrid stars.

Casillas got in front of a camera recently and gave the best XI from former team-mates he had at the club and the team ends up being pretty impressive.

Usually he’d find himself in the XI of most other former Madrid greats, but, not including himself, he went for Bodo Illgner in goals before naming a defence of Roberto Carlos, Michel Salgado, Fernando Hierro and Sergio Ramos.

The midfield had a Galactico feel to it, with Figo, Zinedine Zidane and Fernando Redondo all getting a spot.

And the attack is pretty frightening as Ronaldo, Cristiano Ronaldo and Raul – three of the club’s greatest ever goalscorers – all linking up.

You can see (and hear about if you can speak Spanish) the full team here:
