Conor McGregor Has Been On An Epic Twitter Rant Today

Conor McGregor has been putting the world to rights on Twitter this afternoon, taking aim at Nate Diaz and assuring fans he’ll avenge his defeat against the American.

Unless you’ve been holidaying on the moon over the last few weeks, you’ll know by now that McGregor and Diaz were scheduled to go head-to-head at July’s UFC 200, but the main event bout was pulled from the event’s card after McGregor allegedly refused to honour his promotional duties.

It remains to be seen if and when Diaz and McGregor will square up again, but The Notorious is positive that if they do, he’ll come out on top.

McGregor rarely responds to fans on social media, but he made several exceptions today:

It wasn’t only Diaz who took both barrels from McGregor, but UFC President Dana White too, albeit indirectly, with the Irishman insisting that the viewers and pay-per-view sales for UFC 200 will drop dramatically now that he isn’t involved.

Love him or loathe him, few sports stars in the world right now can hold court quite like Conor McGregor.

UFC fans – what do you make of his comments? Is he right about Diaz, and the PPV sales?
