Hector Bellerin Sets Up Race With Usain Bolt After the Olympics

Hector Bellerin has set up a race with Usain Bolt once the Olympics in Rio are done and dusted.

The Arsenal full-back is fast – watch him play in just one game and you’ll see him exploding up and down the right hand side at a ridiculous pace.

He’s already established himself as the fastest at Arsenal, beating Theo Walcott to the title as he broke through into the Gunners first team last season.

But how does he compare to the world’s fastest man Usain Bolt?

Well, Bellerin probably doesn’t – but PUMA will be happy to see two of their athletes looking to race for fun.

PUMA unveiled their BeatBot yesterday, which is a small piece of technology to help sprinters get faster.

Bellerin spotted them showing it off on Twitter yesterday and immediately asked when he could race it:

PUMA are happy to get him involved:

But Bellerin wants someone else to get involved too – and asked PUMA if they know anyone:

Bolt – a Manchester United fan – obviously noticed:

And Bellerin was only too happy to set up a race following the Olympics in Rio this summer:

If PUMA have anything about them, they’ll make sure there are plenty of cameras on hand to catch Bellerin go up against Bolt on a track later this year.

But who would win? We’ve got a feeling Arsenal fans would fancy their man to get over the finishing line first.
