TaylorMade Golf Launches Jason Day-Inspired Spider Limited Putters

TaylorMade Golf have launched a brand new putter fresh off the back of Jason Day’s emphatic win at The Players Championship.

The new Spider Limited and Spider Limited Red putters were inspired by the world No1, who is statistically one of the best putters on the PGA Tour.

Day played a key part in the development of the new club during his meteoric rise to the summit of the golfing world in 2015.

The 28-year-old Australian specifically asked for the putter to be similar to that of his trusty Itsy Bitsy prototype and that his favourite colour red be incorporated into the design.

The team drew inspiration from the Redback Spider, a venomous spider which is indigenous to Day’s native Australia.

The Spider Limited putter features a black frame with Tour Red bumpers, while the Spider Limited Red incorporates Tour Red throughout the frame and bumpers.
