Jack Sullivan – the son of club co-owner David – regularly tweets updates about all things happening in east London and you’d have to take some of that very seriously considering the connection.
And he’s given fans some great news this afternoon that involves two out-of-favour Arsenal players.
The Evening Standard reported this afternoon that West Ham were lining up a £25million (yes, TWENTY FIVE MILLION POUND) move for Walcott.
Oxlade-Chamberlain – who missed the last three months of the season through injury – has also been linked with the club.
But Sullivan is having none of it:
Just spoke to dad, we are not interested in Theo Walcott and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain!

There would have been a time when Walcott and Oxlade-Chamberlain would have been more than welcome at West Ham, but the performance of Slaven Bilic’s team last season, coupled with the poor form of the two players over recent years, means that definitely isn’t the case now.
West Ham move into their new Olympic Park home this summer and should strengthen heavily as they look to improve on their seventh-place finish this term.
But it won’t be Walcott or Oxlade-Chamberlain who arrive as reinforcements.
