There are 55,000 fans inside Old Trafford to watch the celebrity-legend match between England and the Rest of the World.
And there are plenty more watching on from home as ITV broadcast the game for Unicef.
Some Liverpool supporters seem to be among the viewing public and they’ve been impressed with one of the players on the pitch.
It’s not club legends Jamie Carragher or Robbie Fowler though – it’s celebrity Mark Wright.
The former The Only Way is Essex star lined up at left-back for England and was very impressive, proving sound defensively and astute going forward.
He even managed to get on the scoresheet, breaking the deadlock in the second half with a beautiful 25-yard free-kick:
Wright has Tottenham, West Ham and Arsenal on his CV as a youth player and even played for a host of non-league teams before focusing on his TV career.
But Liverpool fans fancy him over Moreno at left-back next season:
Moreno takes enough stick for his defensive performances, but being replaced by a TV personality like Wright would probably be enough for him to retire.
