Nike Release Neymar and Michael Jordan Mash-Up Football Boots

Nike have released their latest Hyper Venom football boots, and the new design revolves around a mash-up of Neymar and Michael Jordan’s choice of footwear.

Michael Jordan may have retired a fair few years ago now, but given basketball’s increasing global appeal – and Neymar’s growing status as one of the world’s best footballers – Nike’s faith in the pair’s continued appeal is reflected in these new cleats.

Neymar has never hidden his love for basketball over the years, and the pair have spent time together previously, so we reckon the Brazilian will be absolutely in love with the new NJR x Jordan collection.

Nike released a launch video to show them off this afternoon:

Jordan’s brand has enjoyed crossover collaborations previously with rappers like Eminem and Drake, but this’ll be the first time the former Chicago Bulls shooting guard had dipped his toes into the world of football.

What do you think of the boots?

Would you wear them?
