Turkey Fan Smashes TV Up After Girlfriend’s Prank Goes Wrong

Turkey Fan Smashes TV Up After Girlfriend’s Prank Goes Wrong

The Euros have been underway for almost a week now and we definitely aren’t getting sick of having football match after football match day after day.

France kicked us off on Friday evening with a 2-1 win over Romania and Payet’s stunning last-gasp winner set the bar for more sensational goals to come to which Modric, Bale, Dier and Hamsik all responded.

Portugal’s 1-1 draw with Iceland last night signalled the end of the first round of fixtures and, if you’re like us, you’ll have one extremely bored girlfriend on the brink of packing her things and leaving.

It’s that time of the year where you realise if your better half is a keeper or no regarding her patience as you stare endlessly at the television every evening.

But one Turkish fan’s partner has decided to get her own back as she switched off the television at every important moment of the match against Croatia on Sunday – much to the supporter’s frustration.

In fact, he gets so frustrated he smashes his TV up following several unsuccessful attempts to switch it back on.

We understand your pain, buddy.
