David Silva scored a free-kick for Spain last night and it was an absolute screamer.
The Manchester City midfielder endured a bit of a rotten time in the Premier league last season, struggling to make any sort of significant impact throughout an injury-hit campaign.
But with Euro 2016 just around the corner, Silva appears to have saved his best for his international team-mates – unfortunately for opponents South Korea.
Playing the Asian side in their last warm-up game before the Euros start, Spain struggled to make the breakthrough in the opening half hour, with several decent chances spurned by Nolito in particular.
But Silva was the man to open the floodgates, smashing home this inch-perfect free-kick and inspiring his side to a 6-1 romp.

It’s sometimes easy to forget just how good a squad Spain have. How do you think they’ll fare this summer?
