Video: Javier Hernandez’s Brilliant Winner For Mexico Will Make Man Utd Fans Sad

Javier Hernandez scored a brilliant winner for Mexico against Chile last night, and watching the ball hit the back of the net will no doubt make a lot of Man Utd fans a bit sad.

Coincidentally, Hernandez was celebrating his 28th birthday yesterday, and saw it in in style by looping one of his trademark precision headers into the top corner.

The Bayer Leverkusen striker actually started on the bench before coming on with less than 15 minutes to go and make the difference. His header was the only goal of the game and handed new manager Juan Carlos Osorio his seventh consecutive victory without conceding a goal.

Why on Earth did Louis van Gaal sell him?!

This was Mexico’s final warm-up friendly before starting their Copa America campaign against Uruguay on June 5, and seeing ‘Little Pea’ in such excellent form will give supporters hope that they could be lifting South America’s international trophy in July.

Would Hernandez still be good enough to feature at United under Mourinho?
