Video: Neymar Should Definitely Stick To Football and Not Baseball

If the following video has taught us anything, it’s that professional football players should stick to what they’re good at – or at least what they’re paid for.

Barcelona striker Neymar was in New York this week doing his best to get the swing of another sport.

The Brazilian superstar was a guest at Citi Field ahead of the Mets’ game against the Chicago White Sox.

And the Barca ace got his hands on a bat before putting in some striking practice.

Baseball journalist Andrew Beaton tweeted the following video showing that Neymar clearly wasn’t within his comfort zone with his new sport.

But, unsurprisingly, the forward did deliver the goods when he got out on to the field.

Neymar displayed his samba juggling skills by playing keepy-uppy with a baseball.

And again, Beaton was tweeting on the action inside the stadium.

There’s no denying the Nou Camp forward definitely looked more at home in the latter.
