Nate Diaz said more on Twitter than in the actual UFC 202 press conference in Las Vegas tonight.
The American fighter was sitting across from Conor McGregor for the first time ahead of their rematch at T-Mobile Arena next month.
Much was expected of this following Diaz’s win at UFC 196 and the fact they were due to meet at UFC 200 this weekend before McGregor was removed over a disagreement between him and the company.
But it didn’t bring the fireworks, instead being marred by some poor microphones and sound system.
Pretty much right from the start Diaz was having difficulty hearing any questions from the media and was unable to react to what McGregor was saying too.
McGregor even had issues at times, while White – standing in his usual spot – found it hard to hear any questions.
So, Diaz took to Twitter while the questions were coming in for McGregor and simply told everyone he couldn’t hear a thing:
I can't here shit here..

It really was a farcical press conference that was only saved by the fact McGregor could hear most things and delivered some answers in his usual confident, entertaining style.
But UFC might want to sound check before any of their next press conferences to avoid a big event like this being ruined.
