Video: Arsenal Players Vote For Who They Think Would Make Best Prime Minister

The race to find the next UK Prime Minister is well and truly under way.

Following the shock Brexit vote and David Cameron’s decision to stand down from No.10 later this year, the hunt is on to find his successor within the Conservative Party.

And while the outcome of that particular voting process remains unclear, one group who definitely know who should lead the country are the Arsenal players.

A number of Gunners stars were asked to vote for a player within the squad who they believed would make a good Prime Minister in the latest video on the club’s official YouTube channel.

And after their ballots were cast, Emirates stars Mathieu Flamini and Per Mertesacker emerged in a two-horse race for the PM’s job.

The Arsenal players were also asked to present their candidates for who would make the worst leader, with Jack Wilshere and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain being rooted out as the most unlikely political leaders.
