Video: Nate Diaz Impresses on Conan O’Brien.. Explains Justin Bieber ‘Beef’

Nate Diaz put in an impressive performance on Conan O’Brien’s show last night as he promotes UFC 202.

The US fighter will go up against Conor McGregor in Las Vegas on August 20 in a rematch of their UFC 196 fight back in March.

Diaz became a big name in MMA when he beat the hugely popular Irishman by submission in the second round of the bout.

The victory came after some strong words were exchanged between the two and build-up to the rematch is only going to be bigger after the difficulty the UFC had in making the fight.

McGregor is renowned for the entertainment he brings in selling fights and he should be back at his brilliant best as the big event approaches in the middle of August.

But it was Diaz’s turn to sell the fight last night as he appeared on Conan.

While McGregor’s PR skills are clear, Diaz finds it more difficult to articulate himself – despite his famous ‘I’m not surprised motherfuckers’ winning speech following UFC 196.

Yet the man from Stockton, California was pretty impressive as he told Conan about how he feels before fights, worrying about getting paid and his ‘beef’ with Justin Bieber.

Oh, and there’s an appearance from McGregor too – something Diaz takes in his stride:
