Yaya Sanogo is Back in Arsenal Training and Gunners Fans Can’t Handle It

Yaya Sanogo has returned to Arsenal after a year away on loan, and Gunners fans don’t know how to handle it.

The tall forward was signed as something of a work-in-progress from Auxerre three years ago but despite flashes of talent against the likes of Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League, Sanogo is still waiting on his first Premier League goal.

Last season, Sanogo was farmed out to Dutch giants Ajax and Charlton Athletic, but failed to make any sort of tangible impact at either club – scoring just three goals throughout the entire campaign.

And as domestic rivals Manchester United and Chelsea complete deals for the likes of Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Michy Batshuayi, Sanogo seems to embody the Arsenal supporters’ frustration at their club’s lack of serious activity in the transfer market over the last couple of years:

Wow, quite a reaction, eh? Is he really that bad, and is there absolutely no chance he could turn out to be a decent player?
