The Ivory Coast international, 22, moved to Old Trafford earlier this summer from Villarreal for a fee of around £30 million, having played just 40 league games in his entire career.
But any concerns over his rawness or inexperience would have been blown out the water following his display against Leicester City.
Up against the jet-heeled pair of Jamie Vardy and Ahmed Musa, Bailly looked to have his work cut-out, but more than held his own for the entire 90 minutes.
Although Vardy capitalised on a Maroune Felliani mistake to grab a goal, Bailly looked assured and confident throughout as the Red Devils won 2-1.
And A LOT of people are excited about this lad:

Bailly comparable to Vidic? Really?! He’s got a few Premier League titles and a Champions League to win before he’s quite on that level.
What do you think?
