The fallout from the opening Scottish Premiership weekend is in full swing this evening, with Celtic captain Scott Brown labelling Hearts winger Jamie Walker a cheat.
The Hoops travelled to Edinburgh to begin the defence of their crown this afternoon, and came out on top following an entertaining 2-1 victory at Tynecastle, although the win was anything but straightforward.
Celtic led early in the match, with James Forrest finding the corner via a brilliant, bending effort, before Walker equalised from the penalty spot just before the break.
It was Walker himself who won the penalty, after going down in a challenge with Kieran Tierney, but replays showed there was very little – if any – contact on the midfielder.
Almost immediately following the incident, social media was packed with Celtic supporters calling for Walker to be banned – and now their club captain has had his say:

SB:"Referee has come out at half-time & said he got it completely wrong. He obviously never saw it & the lineman has put his flag up." (MH)

At least he didn’t mince his words, eh?
What did you make of the incident? And was Walker’s fall a dive?
