Joey Barton and Niko Kranjcar Are Top Rated Players For Rangers in FIFA 17

Joey Barton and Niko Kranjcar are the top rated players for Rangers in FIFA 17.

The newly-promoted Scottish Premiership side are back in the EA SPORTS game after missing out on FIFA 16.

And fans of the team and the game will be interested to see how Mark Warburton’s squad rate ahead of its release on September, 29.

It’s worth noting that these ratings may be subject to change, as they only appear in the current beta version of the game, but they also shouldn’t change drastically in the next six weeks.

As expected, new signings Barton and Kranjcar lead the way in the squad with ratings of 75, while Lee Wallace and Clint Hill follow up on 72.

Fans may be disappointed that Martyn Waghorn is only rated at 68 despite scoring 28 goals last season and only Michael O’Halloran and Matt Gilks get any closer to 70 with ratings of 69:

This is a full run-down of the Rangers squad and their ratings:

Wes Foderingham – 67

Matt Gilks – 69

Robbie McCrorie – 48

Lee Wallace – 72

James Tavernier – 68

Lee Hodson – 66

Ross McCrorie – 47

Ryan Sinnamon – 50

Danny Wilson – 65

Rob Kiernan – 67

Matt Crooks – 61

Clint Hill – 72

Andy Halliday – 66

Joey Barton – 75

Jordan Rossiter – 64

Jason Holt – 66

Liam Burt – 51

Robbie Crawford – 57

Michael O’Halloran – 69

Andy Murdoch – 55

Harry Forrester – 66

Josh Windass – 63

Barrie McKay – 66

Martyn Waghorn – 68

Joe Doodoo – 61

Official ratings for Rangers and the rest of the Scottish Premiership should be made available between now and when the game is released at the end of next month.
