Nathaniel Chalobah Jokes About Being Confused For Michy Batshuayi

Nathaniel Chalobah has told how he was confused for new team-mate Michy Batshuayi while on Chelsea‘s tour of America.

The Stamford Bridge midfielder is back in the first team for this season after spending last campaign out on loan with Napoli.

Whether or not he will make a dent on the team under new manager Antonio Conte is another thing.

But Chalobah better hope he can make an impact so fans can start recognising who he is – and stop confusing him with new Belgian striker Batshuayi.

Chalobah shared a picture alongside the former Marseille man and told how the Chelsea fans in America couldn’t tell the difference:

To be fair to those confused supporters, Chalobah and Batshuayi do look pretty similar.

Both will be expecting to play against Werder Bremen tomorrow, which is Chelsea’s final pre-season game before they play West Ham in the league a week on Monday.

If either player appear in that first league game, it will be their first competitive appearances for the English giants.
