Celtic were drawn against Hapoel Be’er Sheva in the playoff round of the UEFA Champions League this afternoon.

Few fans have heard of the Israeli side before, so are unsure what to expect when the two teams come face to face for entry into European football’s biggest stage.

However, there’s no need to worry Celtic fans, as we have you covered with these highlights from Be’er Sheva’s unlikely 1-0 victory against Olympiacos in the last round.

Be’er Sheva won the Israeli Premier League last season, finishing three points ahead of second placed Maccabi Tel Aviv, and they showed the form of champions as they held Olympiacos to a 0-0 draw away from home.

And when Be’er Sheva took on the Greek side on their own patch, defender Shir Tzedek scored a delicious half-volley to seal qualification for the next round:

Be’er Sheva also conceded just 17 goals on their way to the title last season, putting the pressure firmly on Leigh Griffiths and co. to step up and cause some problems.
