Video: Jesse Lingard Reunited With Paul Pogba

Jesse Lingard is loving the fact that Paul Pogba is back at Manchester United.

The Old Trafford winger has been steadily building his reputation with the club’s first team over recent seasons and his stunning solo goal against Leicester in the Community Shield on Sunday indicates he could have a big part to play over the coming campaign.

We all know Pogba will be significant for Jose Mourinho, as he joins Eric Bailly, Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Zlatan Ibrahimovic in moving to the English giants this summer.

But regardless of what happens on the pitch, it looks like Lingard and Pogba are going to enjoy their time playing together.

They were team-mates in United’s FA Youth Cup winning team of 2011 and could have graduated to the first alongside each other had Pogba chosen to stick around rather than move to Juventus.

Lingard shared a picture of himself doing the dab alongside Pogba earlier today and has followed that up with a video next to his new team-mate doing some weird dance move with his hands:

This won’t be the last time we see Lingard and Pogba dancing together this season.

United kick their Premier League season off against Bournemouth on Sunday and you’d expect Pogba to go straight into Mourinho’s squad for that game.

But he only returned from holiday yesterday to seal this transfer so the Portuguese manager may look to bed him into the team slowly before he can really hit top form.
