Video: Tottenham’s Erik Lamela Scores Absolute Stunner Against Inter Milan

Tottenham winger Erik Lamela has signalled his intent ahead of the new Premier League season by scoring an absolute stunner against Inter Milan.

The Argentine star and his Spurs team-mates were in action against the Serie A giants in Oslo this afternoon, as they prepare to open their domestic campaign away to Everton on August 13.

It took Harry Kane just five minutes to open the scoring against Roberto Mancini‘s side after easily converting from the penalty spot, before  Ivan Perisic levelled things 20 minutes later.

But there’s no doubting what the highlight of the first-half was, with Lamela popping up on the edge of the area with a moment of real individual brilliance:

Not too bad, eh?

Ironically, Lamela – who was signed from Roma in 2013 – has been linked with a return to Italy with Inter, and the Nerazzurri’s hierarchy have no seen first-hand exactly what they’re missing out on.

What do you think of the goal? And could this be a breakout season for Lamela?
