Rangers crashed to defeat at Aberdeen this afternoon, and a notable amount of Gers supporters are starting to question manager Mark Warburton.
In truth, Rangers controlled large portions of the game at Pittodrie, but with the game poised at 1-1 in the final few minutes, Aberdeen were awarded a controversial free-kick on the edge of Rangers’ penalty area – and James Maddison superbly fired it into the top bag.
It was never a foul by James Tavernier, but, regardless, the 2-1 defeat means Rangers have won just two of their opening seven Premiership fixtures, and are without a victory in their last four league games – and the spotlight seems to be starting to focus on Warburton.
He won the Scottish Championship and Scottish Challenge Cup with ease last season, as well as reaching the Scottish Cup final, but those days seem a lifetime ago for the Rangers boss:
Not getting the best out of the players ? first time I'm questioning warburton! It ain't good enough

Is it the players? Is it warburton not able to motivate the players? Who the fuck knows cause no one seems to have a fucking clue.

Warburton can't win the big games.
— Leishy (@LeishytheDevil) September 25, 2016
Rangers with absolutely no idea how to break teams down. Tavernier is a bombscare. Warburton has been badly exposed this season so far.

Warburton's time is ticking every time they come up against a good team they fail

Don't care what anyone says Warburton has had just under two seasons to sort a defence out. Get the questions answered n quick

Warburton is DONE, what an embarrassing man, a car-crash manager and his post-matcher is going to be box office level cringeworthy

Warburton under pressure now #Rangers

Warburton you dinosaur. It's not 1977. You can't come through the back of a player. Have a moan at your own mince
— Dale (@HeavyDale) September 25, 2016
Last season Warburton was a novice to Scottish football & he obviously passed the test. Now he's a novice to SPL & he isn't. Must improve
— Stephen Høugh (@SteH90) September 25, 2016
If Warburton says 'we'll learn from this' in his post match I will full on lose it
— Al (@SashAndWindass) September 25, 2016

What do you make of some of the comments? Does Warburton deserve so much stick?
