The Manchester City boss led his side to another impressive performance and result at the Etihad as they beat the Cherries 4-0.
Kevin de Bruyne, Kelechi Iheanacho, Raheem Sterling and Ilkay Gundogan got the goals for the home side before Nolito got sent off with four minutes remaining to end the game on a sour note.
City were dominant against Bournemouth – but Guardiola wasn’t going to criticise their opponent’s performance. Instead, he had a dig at everyone else they’ve played this season, including rivals United.
According to Guardiola, per ESPN’s John Brewin, Bournemouth are the best attacking team they’ve played this season with the rest of their opponents using the long ball:
Guardiola says Bournemouth are best attacking team he has played against. Says #mcfc's other opponents have "just used the long ball." Ouch.

Considering just a week has passed since they beat United 2-1 at Old Trafford, fans of Jose Mourinho’s men won’t take kindly to Guardiola’s comments.
But it’s a big compliment to Bournemouth and Eddie Howe, with the young English manager getting yet more praise for his style of football despite their inconsistent results.
Today’s result sees City extend their lead at the top of the Premier League table to four points, while the Cherries sit in 16th after taking just four points from their first five games.
