Talkingbaws Tipsters Face Off With Their Best Weekend Bets

Last weekend was a loss for both of our tipsters, with only one goal letting down each of their respective trebles. The score is still 1-0 to Craig Borland going into this weeks round of betting.

Given the very attractive odds on show this weekend, you would be mad not to back one of our guys. Last season’s winner Craig Borland has even gone for a very audacious 10/1 shot!

Here are this weekend’s tips, with fantastic odds brought to you by our betting partner Ladbrokes:

My first of the weekend’s treble is NEWCASTLE TO SCORE OVER 1.5 TEAM GOALS @ 8/11. High flying Newcastle come in to this game winning their last 6 scoring 17 goals in the process and only conceding 1. They come up against a Wolves outfit who lost heavily in their last outing to Barnsley 4-0, so their confidence will be low coming to St James’ Park.

My next bet is ST JOHNSTONE V HEARTS OVER 2.5 GOALS @ 11/10. This is certainly my bet of the weekend. Over 2.5 goals have come in for St Johnstone in 4 of their last 5 games; 6 from their last 7 for Hearts. Also the last 2 head to heads have witnessed a total of 9 goals.

My last bet of the treble is NAPOLI TO WIN AND BTTS @ 21/10. Napoli have a tremendous home record with just 1 defeat in their last 20 games, and have been scoring for fun recently. Bologna however, haven’t won on their last 12 on the road, but with former Roma striker Destro leading the line there is always hope for an away goal.

Starting this week off from the Scottish Premiership and going for OVER 2.5 GOALS IN THE RANGERS V ROSS COUNTY MATCH @4/6. Both sides have struggled for clean sheets this season. Rangers have yet to keep a clean sheet in the league, whilst Ross County have only managed one so far. No doubting the attacking options on show for both sides, so it’s a wise shout to include this as the first game of my treble.

The next bet is from Scottish League 1 and again going for OVER 2.5 GOALS IN THE LIVINGSTON v BRECHIN MATCH @4/6. High flying Livingston have been on a good run recently and at home have seen over 2.5 goals land in the last 4 out of 5 games. Brechin sit comfortably at the top of the table, having hit 7 goals in their last 3 games.

The final bet is OVER 2.5 GOALS IN THE MATCH BETWEEN FC TWENTE AND DEN HAAG @4/6. Both teams are on good goal scoring runs and this fixture always produces goals. We have witnessed a total of 11 goals in the last three head to head fixtures, so we would be mad not to include this as the final instalment of our treble.

Good luck to everyone and remember to give us a follow on Twitter @talkingbets.
