Diego Costa continues to show the kind of form which helped Chelsea win the Premier League in 2015, after scoring another absolute peach of a goal for the Blues against Swansea this afternoon.
Going into the match with three wins from their opening three Premier League matches, Antonio Conte and his players knew they had the opportunity to move three points ahead of Manchester United today – whilst knowing only a win would keep them in touch with Manchester City.
And it wasn’t long before their in-form striker had fired them ahead, reacting fastest to a loose ball on the edge of the Swansea penalty area and finishing coolly into the far corner:

Not too shabby, eh?
That was the Spanish international’s third Premier League goal of the season, and comes just a few days after he scored twice for his country in a 2018 World Cup qualifier.
The 27-year-old looks like the top-class player Chelsea have been missing, but what do you think of the goal? And Costa’s form?
