Borussia Monchengladbach touched down in Glasgow this afternoon ahead of Wednesday night’s clash with Celtic.
The Hoops are set to host the Germans in match day three of the Champions League at Parkhead.
But before a ball has even been kicked, it seems the clubs are already getting acquainted with some shameless flirting on social media.
It came after remarks from Celts boss Brendan Rodgers in his pre-match press conference, where he heaped praise on the Gladbach stars.
Rodgers was quoted by the club’s official Twitter account, saying: “They have outstanding players.”
This prompted the Bundesliga outfit to respond with a brilliant gif.

OK, we’ll just leave these two to it, shall we?
The Scottish Premiership leaders go into tomorrow’s game looking to build on their 3-3 draw with Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City superstars in the last group match.
And if this hilarious Twitter encounter is anything to go by, it looks like this rivalry will be contested in good spirits.
Rodgers’ men prepared for Wednesday’s Euro test by beating Motherwell 2-0 at Celtic Park on Saturday.
And a win tomorrow night would move them on to four points in Group C, putting them in the driving seat in their bid to secure European football after Christmas.
