Video: Neymar Pushes Granada’s Ruben Vezo Down Camp Nou Stairs

Neymar pushed Granada defender Ruben Vezo down the stairs after Barcelona‘s 1-0 win at the Camp Nou on Saturday.

The Barca man should have been celebrating his side’s hard-fought victory to stay two points away from La Liga leaders Real Madrid after 10 games.

Instead, he was walking off the pitch at full-time in an argument with Vezo after the Granada man took exception to a late tackle from Neymar on one of his team-mates.

Push

According to marca.com, the pair clashed in the tunnel, but footage has now appeared which shows Neymar pushing Vezo from behind down the stairs before the defender reacts furiously:

It’s not unusual for Neymar to show his petulant side towards opponents after receiving some rough treatment in games.

But it’s unlikely he’ll be punished for it as referee Juan Martinez didn’t appear to see the incident therefore won’t include it in his match report.

And that will be a relief to Neymar ahead of some important domestic games for Barca over the coming month.
