Video: Scotland Players Square Off in a Heated Game of FIFA 17

The Scotland squad seem to be preparing thoroughly for their 2018 World Cup qualifier against Lithuania this weekend, with some extra hours being put in on the PlayStation 4.

Sheffield Wednesday pair Barry Bannan and Steven Fletcher combined to create a formidable FIFA 17 team, going Juventus and taking on John McGinn and Barrie McKay’s Manchester United.

The fixture gets surprisingly heated given all four are international team-mates, and watch out for some of the excellent trash-talk coming from Fletcher and Bannan.

This is the first time we’ve ever heard goalkeeping legend GianLuigi Buffon described as ‘papadum hands’:

Poor wee Barrie McKay, eh? He looks like he really didn’t enjoy that – he barely said a word!

And, while we’re at it, who is ‘Jigsaw’?!

Anyway, if they all put in such a committed shift on Saturday, we’re willing to bet that the Scots will be keeping all three points at Hampden.
