Alex McLeish is the favourite with Ladbrokes to replace Gordon Strachan as Scotland manager.
The current Tartan Army boss was dealt another blow as his team lost 3-0 to England at Wembley – and fell to second bottom in their World Cup qualifying group after just four games.
Strachan was already under pressure going into the game after a draw at home to Lithuania and defeat to Slovakia on the road in their last two qualifiers.
But tonight’s result just adds to that, with plenty of supporters calling for Strachan to be sacked.
Now Ladbrokes have released their latest odds on who could take over as Scotland boss – and former manager McLeish leads the way at 5/1.
He’s been out of a job since leaving Egyptian side Zamalek in May, but is remembered for his 10-month spell as national team boss back in 2007.
McLeish is followed by Aberdeen manager Derek McInnes and Sunderland boss David Moyes at 6/1, while new Wolves gaffer Paul Lambert is just behind them at 8/1.
