Jose Mourinho Says He Watched Man Utd v West Ham From “Secret” Location

Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho has revealed he chose to watch his side’s win over West Ham on Wednesday night from a “secret” location after being banned from the dugout.

The Portuguese coach was suspended from the sidelines for one game and given a £16,000 fine after booting a water bottle during the Premier League match against the same opponents on Sunday but he didn’t watch tonught’s EFL Cup tie from the Old Trafford stands.

Well into the first-half, there was no sign of Mourinho in the United’s director’s box and when asked afterwards where he’d watched the 4-1 victory, the ex-Chelsea and Real Madrid manager gave a cheeky smile before answering cryptically:

Perhaps he watched it from his home and just popped back to the ground for his post-match interview, or maybe he and Sir Alex watched it together in his office.

Maybe he just watched it in the changing rooms on his iPad – who knows?!

Where do you think he could have watched it that he’d need to keep secret?
