Barcelona kid Lee Seung-Woo looks destined for the big time if his showing against England Under 20s earlier today is anything to go by.
Seung-Woo, 18, has already hit headlines before even making a first team appearance for the Spanish giants.
He signed for Barca in 2011, but was banned from playing in any competitive matches until January this year after Barca were found guilty of breaching FIFA Youth Eligibility Rules with the signing of him and a number of other players.
But that doesn’t appear to have stunted his development – as shown with his very impressive performance against England for South Korea in the Suwon Continental Cup.
Korea were trailing 1-0 when Seung-Woo was substituted on after 25 minutes – and it should come as no surprise that they ended up winning the game. He won the free kick that led to their equaliser and should have scored himself:

It looks like Barcelona have got yet another top quality player on the verge of making the breakthrough.
