Chelsea don’t have the added pressure of Champions League football this season after finishing outside the top four during the last campaign.
That means Antonio Conte’s players have more time to relax ahead of this weekend’s crucial clash against London rivals Tottenham.
Or in the case of Luiz, it gave the 29-year-old the opportunity to meet an incredibly committed Blues superfan outside the club’s training ground.
Luiz uploaded a video to his Instagram story, seemingly shot from inside his car, showing a Chelsea fan on the other side of the road wearing the full Chelsea kit, wig and a Brazil flag.
The former PSG star then waves the fan over, before shooting another video where the supporter reveals he has come all the way from Japan to meet his idol:

Chelsea decided to sell Luiz to PSG for £50 million in 2014, however when Conte arrived in the summer, he decided to re-sign the defender for £32 million on a three-year deal.
