Liverpool will be hoping to get back to winning ways tonight when they take on Middlesbrough at the Riverside Stadium, but fans aren’t feeling too confident after seeing the team sheets.
The Reds haven’t won a league game since a 2-0 win against Sunderland on November 25th after crashing to a 4-3 defeat at Bournemouth last weekend before a 2-2 draw against West Ham on Saturday.
Tonight, they have the chance to leapfrog Arsenal in second place but despite coming up against the Premier League’s worst attackers, fans are still left worried by their men at the back.
After a series of blunders, Lorus Karius has lost his place between the sticks to Simon Mignolet while Ragnar Klavan takes the place of Joel Matip in the centre of defence.
The former Shalke defender travelled with the squad but was ruled out due to a foot/ankle issue ahead of the game, leaving fans to fear the worst.
