Anybody who has a passing interest in Manchester United will know that Jesse Lingard is the king of dabbing but it appears the winger is trying to teach the dance to a younger audience – and is starting with Wayne Rooney‘s son.
Along with United team-mate Paul Pogba, Lingard is one of British football’s more high-profile dabbers, pulling out the move whenever he scores.
And being a constant presence on social media, Lingard combined both following yesterday’s 3-1 victory over Sunderland and posted a video of his encounter with Kai Rooney on Snapchat.
To be fair, it’s difficult to know who the child is:

So, there you have it – if Kai Rooney grows up to be a child, and decides to bring dabbing back into style 15 years from now, we know exactly who to blame.
It’s definitely divisive – but what do you make of Lingard and his dabbing habit? Annoying or addictive?
