Robbie Savage won’t be a popular man with the Celtic support after savaging them before their clash with Manchester City tonight.

The Welsh pundit appeared on BT Sport’s Facebook page earlier for a live chat with Darrell Currie and Chris Sutton ahead of the game.

It was Celtic heavy given Currie and Sutton spend most of their time covering the Scottish Premiership.

But Savage made sure to sing the praises of City – and slam pretty much everything about Brendan Rodgers’ team.

In the broadcast, the former Premier League midfielder wrote off any chance of Celtic getting a win at the Etihad tonight, criticised the quality of the Scottish top flight and said Moussa Dembele was too good for the club among other things.

So if Rodgers’ team needed any motivation going into the game later this evening, all he has to do is show this in the dressing room:

Savage obviously isn’t a fan of Celtic or Scottish football then.
