A Lot of People Can’t Believe RB Leipzig Want to Pay £6Million For Barrie McKay

RB Leipzig are reportedly keen on spending £6million to sign Barrie McKay from Rangers – and a lot of people can’t believe it.

The Ibrox winger has had a breakthrough year for the club, emerging as one of Mark Warburton’s best players as they gained promotion to the Scottish Premiership.

McKay is also now a full Scotland international – making it in at #10 on our Mc25 list – and it was only a matter of time before he was linked with a move away from the club.

But is he worth £6million? That’s the price mentioned by dailyrecord.co.uk’s report today about Bundesliga giants RB Leipzig being keen on signing McKay.

According to The Record’s Keith Jackson, Leipzig were impressed with McKay during last Sunday’s friendly with Rangers and has enquired about making him their second Scottish signing after Oliver Burke arrived at the club in the summer.

That story was always going to stir up a reaction – but we didn’t realise so many would laugh at the £6million price mentioned:

What’s your view – is McKay worth £6million?
